World Water day is celebrated on March 22 every year to spread awareness about the water crisis all over the world. World Water Day aims to achieve the vision of sustainable water and sanitation for all by 2030.

The UN’s World Water Development Report is an overview of the crisis. It offers an authoritative and comprehensive assessment of the overall state, use and management of the world’s freshwater resources and aims to provide decision-makers with tools to formulate and implement sustainable water policies.
